anti inflamatory question

I realize I should have called and asked my Dr today, but completely forgot, so I'm running my question by you all here to satisfy my curiosity till I can call on Monday.

Right now I'm taking Hydrocodone-APAP 5-500 tablets for pain and Aspirin twice a day (I guess as a blood thinner?) I'm wondering, shouldn't I be taking an anti inflamatory as well for the swelling? :pzld:

Aspirin is also an NSAID so you shouldn't take any anti-inflammatories as well.
