I feel so amazing I needed to share my journey, because it does take time and effort. But it’s worth it. A few months ago I couldn’t roll over in bed without excruciating back pain and now it’s gone. I worked hard, and continue to do the work required to maintain a healthy back.
I’ve heard people say that you can’t get rid of OA pain with PT and exercise. Yes you can! My hip needed to be replaced, but the rest of my 64 yo body parts are responding to PT, stretching and exercise and I’m very grateful.
