About to have TKR in September any hints?

I am preparing for my knee replacement and wonder if anyone has any suggestions. I have already had 9 operations of the knee and that included a Patellectomy so getting this right is very important. Any suggestions welcome.

Oh, wow, Judy! That's a long history you have there! I think if you read around in the threads, you'll find a lot of advice from people. When is the surgery scheduled? Do you know yet? And which hospital will you be going into?
