7 weeks

hi everyone, went to see my consultant last monday and he said he will put me on the list for the right knee . will take two to three months, was very relieved as at first he said six weeks. can relax now and enjoy christmas. back at work and very tired , have enjoyed being at home and resting and sorting my own life out for a change. still getting pain in the night but no longer walking the floor. still having physio and can get 90 bend, al;so having hydrotherapy which is great. great to be back in the car but very stressfull at times. first day i went out seemed like the world is one mad hectic place and just wanted to go live somewhere quiet and peaceful. thanks everyone for being there for me , hope you all doing o.k.

Hi, Newfie....I'm glad to hear you got the surgery date you wanted. It makes sense you wouldn't want to do it right at Christmas time! Yikes!!! Also, it sounds like you are doing really well for 7 weeks out. Keep up the great recovery!
