I am feeling really good except I am quite tired easily. I am sure that is the surgery and they say it takes time and they usually know what they are talking about.
I have been sleeping finally a few nights and it is wonderful to have that. I have been using a big blanket to sort of put my unoperated leg on top and the operated leg on the bottom to prevent me from rolling over. I have always laid on the operated side because that is the side I sleep on.

I really can't wait to have the left hip done but I do wonder if I will be as lucky with that side as I have been with this one. I mean why is it that some of us have no pain and some have so much. I am the biggest baby in the world but honestly no pain just my muscles on the thigh were sore to touch for a few weeks and that was it.
Even my PT says he is suprised at how little pain I have had with the new hip as I complain more about the other leg hurting.
I can't walk that far yet and he says probably won't till I get other new hip. So that part isn't exciting. I still use my wheel chair but I do maintain exercising so I won't be like before with my surgery and my muscles.

Sounds good, sunshine. A lot of the differences could be ascribed to surgical technique. If the surgeon is reasonably quick and doesn't pull the tissues around too much, I often think that that benefits the patient in this period. Less bruising and contusions.
