Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been in touch. I have been very busy. I am doing great. My limp is almost gone, so yes I worried for nothing. Still a little weak but I am having some other trouble, hip is great. No pain, which is great. I am pretty much back to normal. I even have went on some road trips to watch my daughter play basketball, I did great. Just got a little stiff now and then. So if anyone out there is early post op or pre op, I promise there is light at the end of the tunnell. Just be patient, I wasn't but everything everybody told me was true. Time is all we need. 4 weeks was a good milestone for me, that is when I could really tell that I was getting back to normal. Thanks everyone for your advise and frienship. Good luck to everyone!!
Angie

Great news,Angie!!! Hope you continue recuperating so well! So happy for you! :)

Thanks for sharing the good news. After all the bad stuff I've gone through hearing that there might be light at the end of the tunnel!!! Thanks again!!

Angie, GREAT NEWS!!! I'm so happy for you. Don't feel bad about not checking in to the forum very often. That happens as people get to feeling better and get on with their lives. But......we are VERY, VERY glad to have you take time to post some positive inspiration for those that follow you in surgery. It's so important. So please come back whenever you can and let us know how you're doing. Your comments have already done more than you probably know for someone out there reading them.

Angie: Great to hear! I am a little behind you and still a bit impatient, but it's coming along. I want to be cane-free but I need to be patient. Just a bit of pain now and then and always on my right hip, never on my left.
