6-Week Post-Op Checkup

Hi all!
Just had to share the good news about my 6-week post-op checkup...all x-rays were "great" and everything is aligned and centered "perfectly". In fact my OS was so pleased with my rehab that he said that I don't have to return for my 12-week post-op checkup at all! He wants to see me in one year to check on both TKR's.

So, I've been cut loose from PT and my OS! How awesome is that?...
...But, I have another issue I'd like to post in a separate posting. I'd love to hear some thoughts on that...

I also just had my 6 week check up. All is GREAT and I had a wonderful appointment. However--my OS--ALWAYS has patients come back at three months-then goes to yearly appts.

I had xrays done at the two week checkup--everything looked good--so I did not have them done yesterday. I also was told that I did not need anymore PT--free to do whatever worked for me--my ROM is 126. I've been enjoying walking-now up to 2 miles.
