Its been a while sicce I posted so I thought I would give an update. Everything is going well. I am still trying to build up the muscles. We have a eliptical walking machine at work that I use a couple times a day. The only problems I have is when I bend over I have a little pain in the back of my thigh when I stand up. Thanks for the support through this process.
 
Hi, Mark! Good to hear from you and to know that you're doing well. The elliptical machine should help you build up leg strength PLUS it's a great cardio workout too.

stretching muscles. You need to bend over more often and get them used to it!
