As a team, you will have people like yourself going through surgery at the same time to talk with. We find this works really well to deal with concerns and provide support to each other.

We recommend you take time to register for our 2020 Joint Replacement Awareness Day to be held on Saturday, May 9th. I will be having last years Partial Knee Replacement changed to a Full Knee Replacement in my right knee and a partial knee replacement done on my left knee on either the 1st or 2nd of April.

[Going bionic]

Having TKR on left knee. Had THR on left hip 3 years ago. Surgery date is scheduled for April 29th.

I am scheduled for left knee total replacement on April 7- my 31st wedding anniversary! Very nervous but excited, hoping they can do it sooner in March, we will see! My right leg is experiencing as much pain now, does anyone suffer from this also? Im currently walking on a walker due to the pain now. Also will i walk with a limp after from leg length?

Total left knee replacement scheduled for April 14th! So happy to get my life back! Two old injuries, two arthroscopy surgeries, osteoarthritis (in both knees actually) cortisone shots, increasing valgus deformity...ten years of this, but I was always "too young" for replacement. Still am at 49 but finally it's "bad enough" and I got the green light!
