"All for one and one for all!!!"

March brings us 'round to the first of our monthly teams - the March Musketeers. Three of our members called themselves the March Musketeers back in 2010 and the whole program of monthly teams just took off from there.

If you're having surgery in the month of March, please post your date and any other information you'd like to share in this thread.

It always helps to have a group of BoneSmarties going through surgery and recovery together. You can support each other in true Musketeer fashion and even brandish a few swords as you reach milestones in recovery!

So....OUT with the BAD.....and IN with the GOOD! Let's get the Musketeers rallying together and ensure success for one....SUCCESS FOR ALL!!!

New here as well. Total hip replacement surgery scheduled for March 9th and am in the process of getting tests out of the way in preparation. Also doing exercises to strengthen muscles in hopes of aiding in my recovery afterwards. Looking forward to the support here, both before and after!

    Cherdonnay,

I'm in a water class as well, for the very same reason. I will be thinking of you on the 7th. Keep me posted!

    Snow,

Thank you for the warm welcome, I will definitely be posting as time permits. In the meantime, I'm reading and soaking up all the information like a sponge!

    Happy to be here :)

Welcome Cherdonnay and Hope56... I look forward to following your progress. You'll both be well on the way to recovery by the time I'm going in for my surgery on the 24th! :) I'm looking forward to having this all behind me before summer hits this year!

This is a great place to come and get information and ask questions. Everyone is very supportive.
The warm water at the therapy pool feels wonderful because it is cold here around 30f. The excerises in the water are all the same ones that my OS has given me to do PO. I have a beautifully organized notebook full of what to expect before and after surgery. I do like my surgeon and have great confidence in him. It all helps

@Cherdonnay, you currently have 5 threads in the pre op forum. Each one of your new discussions is a thread. It helps if you stick to using a single thread for all your remarks, questions, etc. so other members can keep up with you and you can better keep track of responses. But multiple threads are allowed in pre op; however, in the recovery forum just one thread is a necessity.

Thank you. I figured I wasn't doing something just right. So do I just continue to make a new comment (new subject) under a subject I already have?
