Metal on poly. I am 75 years old and I am in excellent health. I just wore my hip out(wife of 56 years says I wore it out sitting on it to much). Then she complains I am always out golfing or fishing or gardening or something. Anyway, I wanted to say thanks, I have been reading the posts on this site and have learned a lot.
