i saw os earlier in the week and the problem inside the left knee was from his moving the ligament while doing the tkr,
he said it will ease with exercise and time and it has . i don't know if it mind over matter but as soon as he said it
i only get that pain when i'm stretching so i don't stretch too much. this forum is great just reading other people had the same problems and pains as i helps an awful lot
i will never be at 120 but i am without pain and that is where i want to be.
thanks to all

That's great, John! A little reassurance goes a long way, doesn't it?

Good news, John. I agree that sometimes things just get better when someone you trust tells you you'll be okay and what you're feeling is normal.

Welcome,John! And continued good luck with your recovery!!! :)

Welcome John and Good luck,

Chris :)

Echoing everyone else's good wishes for you John! One thing I've learned about physical recovery--it does help tremendously just to know that you are normal!

I don't think my first recovery would have gone as well as it did without the folks on this forum, reassuring me that everything I was going through was completely normal. And I did feel better after that!

:)
