Today is the one year anniversary of my surgery and also about one year that I have been posting on this site.

I am pain free when I want to be and have no limitations. The surgery and recovery were nothing short of a miracle and far exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thank all of the oldies and the newbies for their support, advise, info and kindness.

I intend to hang around and butt in when I feel the need help when I can because this forum is an integral piece of the puzzle that is total knee arthroplasty both pre-surgery and post-surgery.

It's sooo super helpful to read posts and see that there really is a point to all this hell we go through in the beginning of our TKR recoveries. It's so reassuring to know that eventually it really does get "all better"!!
