    How bad did your knee get?

    The pain was bad after surgery but pain meds kept it under control. Plus, this pain was bearable knowing it was going to be gone. Some days better than others, but I'm now free again. Not the constant pain.

    My husband just built me a new bike. I have used the exercise bike but am scared of falling off the new bike and hitting my Knee. Did anyone else face this fear of falling on the knee replacement?

    TKR Pain at six months

    I am still having pain. Went to my ortho surgeon. Problem is the IT band is stretched. Need therapy and electical stimulation. Hope it works. Has anyone else had this problem after surgery. Said it was common for elbows and knees.

    TKR 5 weeks today

    16 weeks Wed. Ortho surgeon on Fri. 27th. Xrays taken. All looks well. Go in for a follow up exam in a year, unless something bad happens. Dr. and I both pleased with the results. Will continue working with the knee at home, to keep strong. Can even start weight lifting again.

    TKR 5 weeks today

    14 weeks. 118 Extension and -2 Flexion. Almost perfect. Proud of myself. Therapist and doctor want 120 Extension and 0 Flexion.
