    Hi Divipops. Attended my assessment this morning at the gym and have signed up for the programme. Starting next Wednesday, it's all of 16 weeks! The gym has a separate section for hip injuries so at least I won't be sharing it with all those muscle flexers. Hope you've had a good day. Take care
