    Yeah. I'm feeling mostly better now. I can yawn and breathe deeply. Not being able to breathe just kind of freaked me out because it has happened before with anesthesia (pseudocholinesterase deficiency).

    Posting this here again to make sure it's seen. My physical therapist says, about the clunking, "You have anterior laxity of your knee causing a clunk with an anterior shift or anterior drawer test. It allows your tibia to translate too far anteriorly creating an instability and a clunk."
