    Hello again. I am at 3 months post op. Finally sleeping through the night, praise God! I still.have a lot of stiffness and swelling in the knee and cannot straighten not out, which causes me to limp a little. The Dr is talking about physically straighten it out. Is this a good idea?

    Me again. I am at week 5. I am still not sleeping. Anyone have suggestions for restless leg issues? I have tried multiple essential oils, CBD oil and over the counter for restless leg. Nothing works for very long. The area right at the knee is still very stiff and bruised. Is this normal...

    Thanks for the feedback. I feel better about where I am. Using the ice more and that helps. I do keep my leg elevated most of the time.

    The stairs are to our deck 7 steps. Doing 2 times. I elevate when I ice and when sitting. I walk every hour at least, when I am awake. The muscle relaxer put me out for hours. I don't take them unless absolutely necessary.

    The articles are very helpful. I am doing my pt 2-3 times a day. Walking 300-400 ft and 7 steps 2-4 times a day. I use ice 3-4 times a day. Keeping my leg elevated as much as possible. I use a tens unit 3-4 times a day. I also use essential oils for the bruising

    I am post op 15 days. Right TKR on July 24th. I am struggling, not sure of where I should be at this point. I do pretty good for a few days and then the pain and swelling gets worse. Some days I cannot stay awake. What is normal for where I am?
