    I don't know where in the world you are, but, I used a product called Restoralax. A along with Colace(stool softener) twice daily. The combination worked well in the very early days.High Fibre diet also, lotsa steel cut oats, brown rice, potatoes,lentils etc.

    Thanx NightQuilter! I took 8/60 of the hydromorphone,originally ordered.They kept me awake. I will try the Tylenol PM, see if it keeps me awake! Falling back to sleep is a challenge too isn't it!?
