with limited pain. I had the manipulation after a very candid talk with the doctor - I knew my knee was stuck. He was mixed on it, but then changed his mind...
Still so confused Saw my surgeon today and he said he would not recommend manipulation or perform arthroscopic surgery as he thinks these methods could cause more harm.
I am at about 104 degrees flexion at 13 weeks, same spot I have been for the last 7 weeks. And my leg is no where near...
Thanks. I was told at my 6 weeks visit that he would not manipulate my knee...but they did think I would make progress.
My current PT is really amazing and this my concern. But until I get back into see the surgeon I will listen to all the advice. Take it a bit slower and not panic.
thanks so much for all your responses. I am still nervous about the adhesions, as I have made zero progress in the last 5 weeks and it does feel like a hard stop at the 103 degrees. But as someone said, my four previous surgeries might be making my progress slower.
