I am an active 60 year old female who had a total hip replacement in July. I’ve been doing well overall; following the restrictions, and doing my PT daily. I saw my surgeon at 6 weeks post-op and he said that my restrictions are lifted except to never internally rotate my leg with the foot and...- hippy723

THR 8 weeks post-op hip replacement
Having ups and downs in my recovery. Was doing great at 6 weeks then I think I over did activity and I’m in pain again. Very frustrated. Also, I live in fear of dislocating. Help!- hippy723
