Wonderful it feels amazing doesn’t it? I’m trying my best to hydrate hydrate hydrate !! and walking has been my favorite thing going to the bathroom is now a treat ahah- knocknee40

I had my knee replacement the 25th. I’ve never felt so happy in my life. Even with the pain, it’s better than it was! Now on to the challenges of getting my hamstrings and calves to cooperate. I cried with joy- knocknee40

My surgery for a rtkr is next Wednesday. I got the iovera treatment this last Tuesday. I’m excited. I’m terrified all at the same time. I also visited with a physical therapist there at the hospital. So I got a date. I have been walking around on a crooked leg for the last 10 years. My X-ray showed that I’m bone on bone on the (forgive my lack of medical terms) lateral side? Outside Causing a kick stand as my doctor called it. My feet when k stand with knees together is about 8-10...- knocknee40
