Ahh you guys are wonderful. Thank you all so much. I keep telling people about this place and the wonderful sources of information and support. I keep revelling in the fact that this time last year was so different and I remember talking to my friend about the worst thing about ageing. I said it...

Hello all. Thought I would pop in to give you my 5 months update. I have done a couple of 9 mile walks with absolutely no issues, tramping through some horrendous sticky deep mud with no concerns. I have also helped with some building and digging work in the garden which no way could I have done...

Hi guys! Cannot believe it is 4 months already! Mind you, the weather is a bit different to how it was in July! One thing that sticks out massively is that I have no pain now that it is cold and damp. Last year was horrendous and the cold weather crippled my arthritis even struggling to walk...

Oh wow how lovely that you all remembered @Layla @Elf1 and @Mojo333 ! Thank you! My hip is doing so well. I rarely even feel it these days. I too struggle with rising from a chair without leaning forwards. Its tough!! Good on you for working at it. I have noticed my quads are a bit weaker than they used to be so I also need to practise that. Sounds like you have a lovely evening planned. Enjoy!!
