Well we had our surgery on the same day, Nov. 2, 2020.
I have also had similar pain. I was in Physical Therapy and about a month ago it seemed to get worse. Groin pain, hurts moving in bed, lifting my leg to get into a car is very painful, Can't walk very far without real pain.....etc
How is your hip doing now? I am still sore in the mornings especially.
But walking it doesn't really hurt, just not going real far. Seems easier to do the stationary bike at the gym and then walk around the indoor track. Hopefully in time this will improve.
Yes it is better. I am walking more and biking at the gym, but not super hard. Still have aches but not enough to be on pain meds, other then tylenol from time to time. Also trying to lose a few pounds, which I know will help. One day at a time and not pushing anything too hard

Bike 6 minutes to warm up.
lay on back straight leg lifts
lay on back bridge (lift pelvis) right leg straighten and back then left then down.
standing heel raises. Like standing on tip toes.
Marching in place.
Standing in place right leg straight...

I had THR on my right hip November 2, 2020. I still have a lot of pain that is a deep aching around the hip replacement. I don't walk with a cane and do not really limp. But I still can't walk more then block or two without it just hurting too much. I am doing physical therapy. Lifting my right...
