    Hi I've got a rotator cuff tear 1.5 cm full thickness had nearly a year. Finally got mri which proved the tear and my op is on the 23rd March next month. I'm in alot of discomfort with my left shoulder which is effecting my other shoulder and I'm so scared I'm gonna get a tear in that shoulder...
