So nearly 4 weeks post op, my groins been having pains in it the last couple of days, thigh still numb and no sign of easing especially when i walk , feel like its been a step backwards :(- Harryc433

Thanks Justicerider, my hip feels grand now, but its the thigh, when i take a step its sore at on thigh near the kneecap, plus getting shooting pains around the buttocks same side as the surgery. Never straight forward :(. I can deal with the numbness, its just the thigh and buttock pain i have...- Harryc433

16 days post op, thigh still numb. Ive been to drs he thinks the nerve got damaged in surgery, when trying to walk without crutch the thigh is so sore. Anyone had same problems? If so did it last long. Seems like the hips fixed now the thighs going to be agony :(- Harryc433

Thanks Mojo, just covered it there and got sorted lol, feel like a new person. up around the hip where they got inside isnt that much sore but down abit left side of thigh and near the kneecap is the most painful.- Harryc433

So its been 9 days, am i allowed to get the wound wet, i still have couple dissolvable stitches, want to try and get a proper shower. Thanks- Harryc433

Yea june 1st and it was my left hip, oh no not months lol, it feels like its itchy and when try scratch it just wont go away, i think ive pushed myself today was so bored laying in bed tried go for a walk using crutches, so more rest tomorrow. Hello everyone had my op last thursday and been getting on ok, just wanted to ask couple of questions, down from the operated marks my thigh is numb, no sign of getting any feeling back from it yet, and the other is the bottom of my heel, its really painful also, hopefully someone can clear up...- Harryc433
