TKR Nov 1st newbie! Lots of pain and nausea! Help
Add grape nuts and 2-3 dried plums non sulphate -from Trader Joe’s To your regimen. Ginger ale, non alcoholic ginger beer, and or ginger tea helps with nausea. Also, not sure what pain med you are on, but you can ask your physician for a different one. This is no picnic in the park right now...- Hippin CC

Arnica use preop
I have used Trameel cream on my left leg and foot after surgery~PT and Doc couldn’t believe how fast the bruising has disappeared. It was recommended over Arnica crème.- Hippin CC

Yes, my entire leg, my inner thigh, and because you are compensating the other side hurt too. Couldn't get comfortable at night and I was to the point of tears. Hi - isn't you physical therapist giving your leg a massage for the first 20 minutes in PT? That's where I'm getting the massage. It's great- really helping with the areas that are so tight.
