Roll on Spring is right! We have so much snow already and It seems Winter's only just begun. I hope you had a nice Christmas and you're doing well in this New Year.

Thank you Layla, we had a lovely Christmas thank you and I am doing really well. I am back to going on long walks and swimming regularly now. I feel like I have got my life back again. I just need to be able to try my paddle board out that I got last Christmas and I will be very happy, think I may have to wait a bit longer for that.

@Nanny7 That paddle board sounds like the best physical therapy possible. Strength and balance training. And great fun.
