THR Exercise foot peddler
Has anyone used a foot peddler 4 weeks post hip replacement. My physical therapist vetoed an exercise bike, but I was gifted a floor peddler and hoping that would not break any 90 degree rules. Thoughts? I will follow up with my therapist and surgeon on Monday. Thanks for any input..- Syd400
