Totally agree. I used the knowledge from the first operation to make me more relaxed about the procedure. Thank you. As this is my second TKR I have to say I am more relaxed about my physio this time and not as regimented and hard on myself as last time. I am just remaining a bit more active with more gentle walking and when I move around just doing 'a few' stretches and bends.- ProgressAtLast

TKR LTKR on 7 December
I will be having my LTKR on 7 December. I had my RTKR on 10 November 2022. Yes I have tried that the operated leg does not bend enough so my other leg can touch the step which is my concern as coming down I will lead with the 'new' operated leg and the 'old' operated leg is not mobile enough. Hopefully it will improve before the next one.- ProgressAtLast

Thank you. I saw my surgeon today and he has discharged me with the left knee now and so had the physio they are happy that my progress will continue naturally. We haven't booked a date for the 2nd operation yet and will play it by ear but looking to have it done at some point this year.- ProgressAtLast
