feel good! no walker, no cane, just walking around, not overdoing it, some positional and incisional pain but minimal. Just every 12 hrs tylenol and aspirin with anti inflammatory once a day. Liking what I'm seeing so far. happy about that!
Your right Layla about the getting ready pre-op part. I did as much as I could so I could rest more After. My tomatoes need checking by someone other than my German shepherd who is picking them off bush since he saw me do it before. He eats them too! Lol my husband wants me to move and get back...
I think most men are good intentioned but are not the best nurse AIDS in the world! Just getting what help I can from him. Some days are better than others in that respect. Lol
Got home dinner time. Not much sleep in hospital. Lol husbands a little tired and anxious too. My leg is stiff when I get up but icing and Tylenol. Think I had to busy a day getting home. Not sleepy yet but def resting. It’s the day after!
Yes I am resting. Getting up and going to Brp all day but not over doing. Allowed to lay on any side. You just can’t manhandle yourself. Honestly I was expecting a lot more pain by now. We’ll see. Was everybody else in big pain post op/surgery?
Thanks! Ready as I'm going to get. Does that doubt that it's the right part getting taken out ever entirely disappear? I have an L5 dice bulge too and hope it's not just that. We will see. Maybe it's both! Lol

Been listening to advice for Hipster. So don’t worry about exercises after but make sure you walk. I know new post op friend who has to walk 10 minutes every hour and that’s it. I think her initial surgery was worse due to emergency. Second should be better. Do people usually have in general...
