I’m 11 weeks in and 92 at a push and -3… I’m reading these posts and hoping I improve. Doing stationary bike but can’t rotate, lunges on step etc… icing and elevating …. But it seems like its taking a long time. I know I shouldn’t compare … but I can’t help it :(
Yes … my left knee ;) I know it takes time and I’ve guess I’ve got to stop comparing my recovery to others on here …. I just want to be able to bend it more than 90 so I can do a rotation on the bike.

im now 8 weeks and flexion is 90 as it was week 3. Bexom8ng really worried I haven’t done enough. But when I do exercises, or just a short walk, the outside of my knee is really swollen.
good thing is I have no pain anymore… except if I try to increase my bend.

I’m struggling emotionally at the moment, bend still only 70 and have just read a physio site that says bend is determined after two weeks of surgery… I’m 10 days! With this bend I won’t even be able to take stairs properly … please help ;)
I’m 7 days after TKR and leg extension is good but flexion is poor. Finding it really hard to get a bend …. Any advice please? Worried I might end up with straight leg :(
