I have been trying to get in the site for the last several days and periodically it is down, now today I am on but the posts are 3 plus days old. Is this a site issue or has there been a change in programming that means I need some additional software on my end.

Hopefully this is a short lived issue. THis is such a wonderful forum and really missed when not available.

    Thanks!

    Dawn

Hi Dawn, the site has crashed 3 times in the last 4 or 5 days. They are working on it, but the total fix is not in yet. Posts were lost that cannot be restored, posting time is inaccurate, and some other issues. We'll just have to go with the flow until all is well. :cat-kittyandsmiley: Judy ( It is now 7:18 am EDT)

Sandy, the site wasn't hacked. There were hardware issues and the techie guys have been working non-stop to get things up and running again. Sorry about the lost posts. They had to restore things using an earlier backup.

Fingers crossed we are over the worst part now! Thanks for hanging in there everyone!

Initially there were some thoughts that at least part of the problem could have been an attack. As things progressed, though, that proved not to be the case and that's actually a GOOD thing!! Hardware isn't perfect and we definitely have seen the truth to that this weekend. I so appreciate everyone's patience.
