I have heard that we are not suppose to have a pillow under our knee. Is it ok to have a pillow under the entire leg?
thanks

I've never been able to get comfy with the three pillows so I sleep with one long pillow under my entire leg. Any higher and my knee aches. It's worked for me but one thing you'll find us that recovery is trial and error and everyone is different and recovers differently.

With my first TKR on my right knee the only way I could sleep was on my back and I would manage about two hours at a time. It was many weeks before I could sleep on one side or the other even with the use of pillows. With my left knee I have been able to sleep mostly on my right side for up to about 6 hours, but I can do it on my left as well but for a shorter period of time. Yes, pillows are still being used.

Sssssh I can now sleep on my front! , or the opposite side to my PKR but not strangely the unoperated side. I just woke up and found myself on my front!
