    Fact is, they are just alerts to tell you that you have new posts in your thread and do not require a reply.

    If you wish to eliminate these emails altogether, just hover your mouse over your user name at the top of the screen, select Preferences from the drop down, and under Options remove the check from the second box. End of emails.

    Just write your post and below it says "upload a file". You can go from there. Also, in the gray banner at the top of the page is "office" and under it a page on how to use the forum. It answers every question like that.

    Better yet, try looking at all the instructional articles in the Office.
    I spent hours putting them together - you might at least use them! :heehee:
