    Out the other side now, no problems with bhr despite avn, just waiting for physio to get me out of bed boo

    Physio hard today that first step was a worry, I nearly fainted first time, but twice more during the day was fine. BP a little high at the mo. Got stair test tomorrow then maybe home phew, they don't mess about lol.

    Not unusual to have a temp. And any dizziness is also very normal. Easy does it.

    Just had the all clear yay and waiting for wife to pick me up. Bit of a shock to the system though, my surgeon who done the bhr said no aids when I leave as I have no restrictions. So just my 2 walking sticks.
    Mind you already have sock device and grabbed at home.

    Home now thankfully. Nice to be home. Had a rough journey though and felt pretty rough temp up and down, but feeling better know after getting my leg up and some ice and good old pain meds.
