    Hi Jo Picking your brains again SORRY :whis: Doing plenty of walking do you think it would be OK to use Flexall 454 Pain relieving Gel on my hip as it is aching sometimes not pain but just uncomfortable. It says long lasting relief for painful muscles and joints. Norman :imp::thmb:

    Must admit I got rid of mine after 4 weeks because of the nuisance of having to remove it for other people to use the toilet. I never felt our toilet seat was low until I had the one for me to use after the op and I did prefer using it and would certaintly replace our seat with a higher one...
